Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Should have minimum 4+ years’ experience in working with TMS product. Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong technical acumen, and strong analytical thinking skills. Have been a part of more than 3 full Implementation Projects (Preferably on Cloud) Strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope requirements / issues and prioritize. Experience on handling customers in SaaS Platform is good to have. Exp. / Knowledge of Supply Chain Domain is nice to have. Strong in Manual Testing and in SQL PL / SQL. Strong analytical skills and ability to deep dive into problems and provide solutions. Exp. / Knowledge of JMeter / Performance testing or any automation tools is nice to have. Exposure to GIT, JIRA & Sales Force, API testing is nice to have.
Experience Range : 4 to 7years
Position Description :
- Hands on experience working on Transport Management Systems such as Manhattan TMS, OTM, Blue Yonder TMS.
- Responsible to handle day to day issues and concerns of critical customers and act as a POC / SME for those accounts
- Take accountability of any major / minor deployments for the customer accounts and do thorough impact analysis.
- Be aware of all the business processes and configurations for their customer accounts.
- Experience on working with JIRA / Salesforce ticketing tools.
- Lead weekly / biweekly customer calls for their accounts.
- Logical / effective Problem-solving approach.
- Able to resolve the issues within the SLA.
- Approachable for QAs for any critical issue for guidance.
- Actively participate in customer Go-Lives and be available for Hyper care support.
