Quadrant Technologies seeks a Senior Data Engineer (10+ Years) to lead high-impact data modernization and migration projects for enterprise clients, specializing in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.

Job role : Sr Data Engineer

Location : Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Key Focus Areas :

Fabric / Azure Leadership : Drive end-to-end cloud data migration, architecture design (Fabric, Synapse, Databricks), and solution delivery.
Hands-on Expertise : Build and optimize ETL / ELT pipelines, data models, and analytical frameworks using advanced SQL and data engineering principles.
Client Engagement : Assess current data environments, define future-state blueprints, and provide expert customer-facing technical leadership.
Governance : Implement robust data governance and automation best practices.

Qualifications Snapshot :

10+ years Data Engineering / Architecture.

Must Have : Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake), SQL, and data modeling.

Excellent communication and enterprise client engagement skills.
