Thoucentric - SAP ABAP Full Stack Lead - Fiori / UI5 / BTP Module

Role Summary :

We are looking for an ABAP Full-Stack Lead to drive the end-to-end design, development and optimization of SAP-based product features on S / 4HANA and SAP BTP with SAP Public or Private Cloud. This role is responsible for architecting scalable, reusable and clean-core compliant solutions, ensuring high-quality engineering for both backend (ABAP, CDS, RAP) and frontend (Fiori / UI5) layers.

Change Management and 3rd Party PLM Integration is ABAP based cloud application area in SCM Core Manufacturing Foundation area. These applications orchestrate change management of critical objects for smooth production process and also enable integration of 3rd party PLM systems to SAP Cloud ERP.

As a Lead, you contribute to design, coding, automation with highest product quality and adhering to clean desk policy. While Development will be your core task, in this role you will also have responsibilities as below :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical design and development for product features on SAP S / 4HANA and SAP BTP
• Architect and implement RAP / ABAP REST APIs, CDS Views, Enhancements and Cloud Extensions
• Resolve complex issues within own area of expertise. Supporting others in your EPT (Enterprise Product Team) in resolving issues is an advantage.
• Develop enterprise-grade Fiori / UI5 applications (Full Stack OData, CDS, UI5)
• Implement clean-core and extensibility patterns using BTP, Side-by-side, Event mesh
• Own code quality, peer reviews, unit test coverage and CI / CD adoption
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Functional SMEs, UX and QA to ship features on sprint cadence
• Optimize performance of CDS, RFCs, OData, RAP actions and data models
• Mentor developers, define coding standards, enforce secure-coding & product engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause, optimization and hardening fixes
• Should possess a Cloud Mindset and ability to adapt Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Deliver the solutions using CFD and FBE processes.
• Should have good experience in developing and delivering SAP application with knowhow of complete SDLC principles.
• You should be able to work as an independent team member demonstrate abilities in planning and execution your own backlogs & tasks.
• Show initiative and drive topics to resolution with production quality, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work closely together with the team members and share your expertise to ensure product success and to improve cross functional aspect in EPT.
• Maintain documentation aligned with product engineering and release governance
