Job descriptionLL.B from a reputed university (LL.M preferred). 5-9 years of experience supporting in-house legal functions. Strong exposure to cross-border contracts and global stakeholder management. Familiarity with CLM platforms (Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar). Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills. High professionalism and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Role Overview :
Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a dynamic legal professional to support our Global Infrastructure Function (Finance, IT / Digital, HR, Workplace Services, and EPMO). The incumbent will be responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, statutory compliance, and legal advisory for both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including service, SaaS, consulting, employment, and lease agreements.
- Partner with multiple business functions to provide proactive legal guidance and ensure risk mitigation.
- Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management platform (Ironclad) and ensure timely execution through DocuSign.
- Maintain compliance and oversee legal documentation for the Indian entity.
- Collaborate closely with global legal, finance, and business teams.
Desired Profile :
Work Timing : 12 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM (aligning with global teams)
Work Setup : On-site, Hyderabad office
