Role Overview
The
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
will be the primary executive leader responsible for the overall administration, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Hospital. The CEO will ensure high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and long-term growth while fostering innovation, staff development, and community trust.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute long-term strategies for hospital growth, sustainability, and excellence.
Define and monitor organizational goals, KPIs, and performance outcomes.
2. Financial Management
Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation.
Ensure financial health, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
3. Operations & Compliance
Lead daily operations ensuring high service delivery standards.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory guidelines, and accreditation norms.
4. People & Culture
Build, mentor, and lead a strong leadership team and workforce.
Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and employee engagement.
5. Patient Care & Safety
Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvements in clinical quality and hospital services.
6. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent the hospital with external stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare networks.
Strengthen partnerships with community organizations to enhance trust and visibility.
7. Risk & Quality Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Implement effective quality assurance programs and governance frameworks.
8. Innovation & Transformation
Encourage adoption of emerging technologies, digital solutions, and best practices in healthcare delivery.
Lead initiatives in hospital expansion, modernization, and service diversification.
Qualifications & Experience
Education :
MBBS / MD, MBA (Healthcare Management), or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience :
15+ years of leadership experience in multi-specialty hospitals, with at least 5 years in a senior management / CEO role.
Proven track record in hospital administration, financial management, patient care, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
