Role Description We’re seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our Mumbai team full-time.

This role demands a hands-on leader who can architect, build, and scale complex systems — while guiding a team of engineers across the stack. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and DevOps to bring innovative digital products to life.

Your work will involve shaping technical strategy, mentoring engineers, implementing scalable architectures, and staying ahead of the curve with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of end-to-end web and cloud-based applications.

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

Oversee a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, CI / CD, and DevOps.

Stay current with emerging technologies (AI / ML, cloud-native development, microservices, etc.) and integrate them where applicable.

Own performance optimization, scalability, and security across applications.

Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and experimentation — startup-style.

Provide technical mentorship and career guidance to team members.

Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

3+ years of proven leadership or team management experience.

Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue).

Strong backend proficiency with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.

Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and data modeling.

Experience with DevOps , CI / CD , Docker , and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Exposure to AI / ML pipelines , model integration, or data-driven systems.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.

Proven track record in fast-paced or startup environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have Experience with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks.

Prior work in product startups or scaling SaaS platforms.

Hands-on with modern AI APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
