Job Description

Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

KRAs

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for a wide range of Non IT ( Ops/Delivery) /IT /Support positions roles of varying levels.
• Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
• Contribute to Operations Processes hiring - backend Ops , customer care, implementation, quality etc.
• Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties.
• Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, referrals etc.
• Candidate Engagement and Management.
• Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand
• Support in MIS and routine process related activities

Weu2019re Looking for People Who Have

• Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in Non- IT Hiring (Ops /Delivery) /Support Hiring with some exposure in IT hiring.Graduate preferably MBA.
• Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high volume and leadership roles for Tech/Non- tech/Support roles.
• A customer service focus, with the ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English.
• Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches, LinkedIn & creative recruiting tactics.
• Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Willing to work 5 days from office.
