Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect with proven experience in design development and project execution. The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects, manage client relations, and guide design teams to ensure excellence in every stage - from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and present innovative design solutions that integrate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic value.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers, encouraging a collaborative and creative work culture.
  • Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure accurate implementation of design details.
  • Prepare and review presentations, working drawings, and client submissions with attention to quality and detail.
  • Perform feasibility studies and ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainable practices.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and materials to continually enhance design quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • 7–10 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of executed projects.
  • Proven ability to lead design and project teams on large or complex developments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Professional registration with COA or equivalent preferred.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial, institutional, residential, or urban projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in 3D visualization and rendering tools.
  • LEED or green building certification is an advantage.
