Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer in Real Estate, located in Noida. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions for real estate professionals, focusing on skill development, market knowledge, property-related processes, training on in depth realty marketing insights, NCR Mapping Training and detailed personality development modules training. Tasks include preparing training materials, delivering workshops, mentoring team members, and evaluating training effectiveness. The Trainer will play a key role in fostering a knowledgeable and competent workforce aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and regulatory frameworks specifically in NCR region ( Noida, Gurgaon )
• Training, coaching, and mentoring skills to effectively develop team capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create structured training programs and evaluate training outcomes
• Experience in project management or team leadership within the real estate sector is advantageous
• Proficiency in using digital tools for training delivery and reporting is a plus
• Creating Review reports of team and subordinates
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Education, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
