Digital Marketing Internship in Gurgaon, Delhi, Faridabad (Hybrid)

If you've ever wanted to build a brand from the ground up- not just make posts- this is your playground. INAAYA is Gurugram's premium early learning & daycare centre- built to global standards of safety, care, and child development. Spread across 12,000 sq. ft. in DLF Phase 1, we combine child-centered learning, creative programs, and a warm community for parents and children alike. We're now scaling rapidly- expanding our digital footprint and brand presence- and we're looking for a driven, creative, and analytical digital marketing intern to help us tell our story better. You'll work directly with the founding team (and yes, you'll learn more than you bargained for). Your role will touch every aspect of marketing- from content to campaigns to collaborations.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Content & community :
• Manage all social media platforms - Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and any new ones we explore.
• Create and post content regularly : photos, reels, stories, blog snippets, and campaigns.
• Capture content at the centre - photos, short videos, behind-the-scenes clips.
• Build and maintain the monthly content and digital marketing calendar.
• Draft and manage blog posts for the website (with a focus on parenting, child development, and learning).
• Research new digital trends, campaign ideas, and audience insights.
• Performance & analytics :
• Plan, run, and optimize ads across Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Track and analyze campaign performance - from engagement to CPL to conversions to CPA.
• Prepare simple weekly dashboards to review what's working.
• Partnerships & PR :
• Identify and collaborate with local influencers, parenting pages, and Gurugram-based communities.
• Build partnerships with digital magazines, parenting newsletters, and local mom groups.
• Explore local digital tie-ups and collaborations that strengthen brand recall.
• Events & brand :
• Support event marketing (festivals, workshops, open houses) through digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies when required.
• Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and overall creative quality.

About Company : INAAYA is a new-age daycare & activity center to assist in the holistic development of children from the age of 9 months to 12 years. It is located in DLF Phase-1, Gurugram with an open-air amphitheater, large garden, spacious activity rooms, and cafeteria serving healthy and nutritious meals. The campus is completely under 24 / 7 surveillance and well-guarded with restricted access. All technology and other infrastructure are commensurate with a world-class daycare & activity center. Our management and mentors are well-versed in child care with experience of 50+ years. Our daycare management system allows for parents to constantly stay updated on the progress of their child along with communications to / from the daycare. INAAYA is fully compliant with all daycare rules and regulations, primarily under the Maternity Benefit Act 2017.
