François Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of AF Compressors Group, head quartered in Belgium, offering compressed air solutions in the food and beverage industry. We are an international team of 80 employees located in Pirangut, Pune.

Role & Responsibility :

We are seeking an experienced Engineer – Production Planning & Control to join our Production (50%) and Supply Chain (50%) departments, reporting to the Assistant Manager – Production Planning & Control. The role focuses on effective ERP-driven planning, seamless coordination across departments and procurement of indirect and imported parts to ensure on time and in full delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the MRP Controller, ensuring accurate and up-to-date planning, including management of job orders.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality and Production Workshop teams to ensure timely fulfilment of planning requirements.

Coordinate with AF sister companies worldwide for procurement and on-time delivery of imported parts.

Manage indirect purchase orders from initiation to completion.

Analyze performance data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in MRP & Production Planning.

Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Epicor experience is an advantage).

Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Creative thinker with the ability to design solutions and drive results.

A self-starter with a “make things happen” mindset.
