RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, setting sales targets, and developing action plans to achieve them.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend meetings with high-value clients to provide support to sales executives and close deals.
  • Client Feedback and Improvement :
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure the company meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Implement strategies based on client feedback to enhance the sales process.
  • Sales Process Development :
  • Assist in the development and refinement of sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Client Engagement and Support :
  • Provide clients with details of properties that meet their requirements in terms of price, size, and location.
  • Offer clients a selection of properties available for sale and provide detailed information during site visits.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their offers and the progress of negotiations and contracts.
  • Tailored Solutions and Negotiations :
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial transactions.
  • Sales Reporting and Prospecting :
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Follow-up and Record Maintenance :
  • Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales transactions in the companylead tracking system (Salesforce).
  • Business Development :
  • Continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales volume.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Compliance and Reporting :
  • Refine sales processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team for outdoor activities like stall activities.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build professional relationships and identify new business opportunities.

  • III. Documentation :

  • Daily Sales Reports :  Summaries of daily sales activities, including number of calls made, meetings conducted, deals closed, and client interactions.
  • Weekly / Monthly Sales Reports :  Aggregated data showing sales performance, target achievement, and revenue generated.
  • Sales Forecast Reports :  Projections of future sales based on current trends, pipeline status, and historical data.
  • Sales Pipeline Reports :  Status of all potential sales leads, stages in the sales process, and expected close dates.
  • Sales Activity Reports :  Detailed logs of sales activities, including client meetings, site visits, and follow-up actions.
  • Client Contact Logs :  Records of all communications with clients, including emails, phone calls, and meeting notes.
  • Client Feedback Reports :  Summaries of feedback received from clients and actions taken to address their concerns.
  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys :  Data collected from surveys conducted to measure client satisfaction levels.
  • Stock Availability Reports :  Real-time updates on the availability of properties, including total, available, and sold units.
  • Property Details Sheets :  Comprehensive details of each property, including price, size, location, and amenities.
  • Sales Process Guidelines :  Standard operating procedures for sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Workflow Diagrams :  Visual representations of the sales processes and steps involved.
  • Compliance Checklists :  Lists to ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Client Registration Forms :  Completed forms for new clients, including their personal and contact information.
  • Transaction Records :  Detailed records of all sales transactions, including contracts, payment receipts, and registration documents.
  • Lead Generation Reports :  Data on leads generated from various sources, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Marketing Activity Reports :  Reports on outdoor marketing activities, including events, stalls, and promotions.
  • Customer Support Logs :  Records of customer inquiries and the actions taken to resolve them.
  • Issue Resolution Reports :  Summaries of any conflicts or issues within the sales team and the steps taken to resolve them.
