Senior Contract Administrator

Aquis Search is assisting our client, a global analytics business, in their search for a Contract Specialist in Mumbai. This is a two year renewable contract position in a retainer model.

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to financial services products and services, including :
• Master agreements
• Service level agreements
• Non-disclosure agreements
• Partnership agreements
• Licensing agreements
• Engagement letters
• Terms & conditions
• RFPs
• Vendor agreements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand contract requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with financial services regulations and laws.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
• Negotiate contracts with external parties, including vendors, customers, and partners.
• Manage contract renewals, terminations, and amendments.
• Maintain accurate contract records and databases.
• Collaborate with senior team members on complex contract matters.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.
