We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Analyst who combines strong analytical expertise with a deep product mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong hunger to learn, and wants to grow into a product leadership role over time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solve complex analytical problems with 2.5-4.5 years of hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making. Analyze key product metrics, including funnels, retention, activation, engagement, and growth levers.
- Convert raw data into meaningful dashboards and product insights using SQL and BI tools. Provide data-backed recommendations to improve product features, user journeys, and overall product performance. Support the development and tracking of product KPIs, OKRs, and experimentation metrics.
- Design, run, and analyze A / B tests and multivariate experiments. Use statistical techniques to derive actionable insights, confidence levels, and causal interpretations. Utilize Python / R for deep-dive analyses, predictive modeling, or exploratory studies when needed.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to shape product strategy and roadmap. Act as the analytics partner in agile teamsidentifying risks, opportunities, and product improvements. Communicate insights through structured storytelling that drives alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
- If experienced in AI analytics, contribute to evaluating model performance, user adoption, and product impact. Support the product team in identifying new AI-driven opportunities based on data trends. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with experience in product data environments. Advanced SQL proficiency to handle large-scale datasets.
- Experience with BI / Visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar. Solid understanding of product analytics concepts : funnels, retention, cohorts, activation, AARRR metrics, etc. Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks. Working knowledge of Python or R for statistics or advanced analytics.
- Exceptional communication & storytelling skills. High discipline, ownership mindset, and strong hunger to learn and grow quickly. Genuine interest in transitioning toward or growing within product management.
- Experience working on AI, ML, or LLM-based products. Exposure to consumer tech, SaaS products, or high-growth startups. Understanding of basic product design principles or user research frameworks.
