Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in New Delhi. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, preparing financial reports, conducting account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Other duties will include payroll processing, liaising with internal and external auditors, performing tax compliance procedures, and offering financial insights to support organizational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Skilled in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and budget management
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other relevant platforms
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data management
• Prior experience in accounting roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
