• Develop workflows and automations to streamline business processes.
• Understanding business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk) to meet the unique needs of the organization.
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho Applications
