Position Description :
Curately AI is seeking a highly innovative, strategic, and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI-powered direct sourcing, talent engagement, and voice AI solutions. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver with deep experience in B2B SaaS , a strong understanding of AI / ML technologies , and ideally background in HR tech, recruitment tech, or the staffing ecosystem .
You will work directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to define the product vision, drive the roadmap, and bring new AI-driven features from concept to launch. The ideal candidate blends imagination with analytical rigor—someone who can dream up innovative solutions while executing with precision and organization.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Own the full product lifecycle : strategy, roadmap development, requirements, execution, and delivery.
Translate Curately’s strategic goals into a clear, measurable, and forward-looking AI product roadmap .
Drive development of cutting-edge AI features for direct sourcing, candidate engagement, AI sourcing, and voice AI.
Conduct deep discovery with customers, users, partners, and internal teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
Define product requirements, specs, and acceptance criteria with clarity and attention to detail.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and data / ML teams to bring features to market quickly and efficiently.
Lead prioritization and sprint planning using data, customer value, and ROI analysis.
Monitor performance of launched features, analyze user behavior, and iterate rapidly.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful rollout, adoption, and enablement.
Proactively stay ahead of AI and HR tech industry trends to drive innovative thinking and a competitive roadmap.
Quickly test hypotheses, validate concepts with users, and run experiments to accelerate learning.
Champion the user experience and ensure consistency across the platform.
Qualifications :
3–7+ years of proven product management experience in B2B SaaS (required).
Strong foundation in AI / ML product development , including LLM-based features, automation, and data-driven workflows.
Experience in HR tech, recruitment tech, ATS / VMS systems, staffing technologies, or talent acquisition platforms (strong plus).
Demonstrated track record of delivering high-impact, innovative software products end-to-end.
Strong technical acumen—comfortable working with engineering on APIs, integrations, data models, AI workflows, and technical tradeoffs.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.
Highly organized, process-driven, and effective at managing complex requirements and dependencies.
Excellent communication skills; able to break down complex concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup environment where speed and adaptability matter.
Strong user empathy and a passion for building intuitive, delightful user experiences.
Experience with modern product tools (Jira, Figma, Notion, Linear, etc.).
