Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary :

Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, enterprise No code -Low code platform across the stack. Enforce coding standards, and drive performance, accessibility and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement No Code- Low Code solutions with clean, testable code
• Own API design, data modeling and integration patterns (REST / GraphQL)
• Enforce performance and accessibility standards; conduct code reviews
• Guide CI / CD, DevSecOps practices in collaboration with DevOps
• Insurance or CRM domain experience with No Code – Low Code Exposure (preferred)

Required Skills :

Node.js, React, Express.js, TypeScript, Redux, Vernacular, Performance Optimization, Accessibility, C# / .NET 8, ASP.NET Core API, EF Core, SQL, Unit Testing

Experience : 8+ years

Qualifications : BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent. Advanced certifications are a plus.
