Role Description
The company is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our domestic & International IT services (Software Development and Data Analytics) . You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Email, and Cold Calling to generate leads, nurture prospects, schedule appointments, and build a steady pipeline for the sales team.
To Identify and qualify potential clients in international markets to sell our IT Services.
- Execute targeted outreach via(either or all methods) cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, LinkedIn navigators, and outreach.
- Schedule appointments for the qualifi ed leads.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Report lead generation performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work on monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation. .
- Joining : Immediate to 30 days (urgent requirement)
- Experience : 2–7 years
- Industry : IT Services (service-based) – mandatory

- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to generate and qualify International leads (US, EU, etc).
- Hands-on experience on Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
- Experience scheduling qualifi ed appointments for the sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
