Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency, and delivering impactful results. This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear, detailed functional requirements, and creating various artifacts like process flowcharts, user manuals and user stories.
• Ability to drive the discussion, resolve the conflicting requirements and derive the straightforward solution which should be user driven and user friendly.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and strive to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Should be flexible to handle any change request.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and solutions.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements.

Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis), PMP (Project Management Professional), or Agile certifications.
