Job Description :

Shift Timing : 03 : 30 AM to 01 : 00 PM

In Day light Saving : 04 : 30 PM to 02 : 00 PM

Essential Job Functions

Support to Finance and Operations

• Accurate data entry of timesheets for Contractor PAYG and ABN payroll
• Assist with invoicing clients
• Filing timesheets and payroll invoices
• Assist with managing contractor hour allocation burndown
• Assist with client timesheet approval reports
• Data entry of Accounts Payables (AP)
• Assist with allocating payments (AR)
• Using Aged Receivables reports chase up outstanding accounts
• Other varied tasks as required.

Skills / Abilities
