Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python / FastAPI Development Lead to design, build, and manage high-performance backend services. The ideal candidate will own the full API lifecycle—from architecture to deployment—while guiding the team with strong leadership and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI
- Implement asynchronous programming and scalable backend logic
- Lead the end-to-end API lifecycle : design → development → deployment
- Drive best coding practices , automated testing, and CI / CD workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
- Ensure robust version control and release processes using Git
