Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced Chartered Accountant to work in Accounts and Finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and business partnering, with demonstrated expertise in financial control and budgets / MIS.

Job Details :

Job Title : Senior Manager – Accounts and Finance

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Department : Finance

Reporting To : Head – Finance & Corporate

Key Responsibilities

Controllership

Ensure accuracy and integrity of books of accounts in line with Ind AS.

Lead month-end / year-end Close, balance sheet review, and internal audits.

Maintain internal controls, drive compliances, and manage statutory audits.

Compliance & Tax

Oversee direct and indirect tax (GST, Customs) compliance and liaise with tax advisors.

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and relevant regulatory norms.

Automation & Tools

Leverage ERP systems (Business Central / Tally) and FP&A tools (Power BI).

Drive automation in reporting and cost allocation processes.

FP&A

Prepare and own annual budgets.

Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights.

Develop financial models for scenario planning.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS)

Advanced Excel, MIS, and financial modeling skills

Experience in handling audits, internal controls, and FP&A cycles

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Flexibility on moderate level of travel within India.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – First attempt preferred.

8+ years of post-qualification experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization

Experience in controllership and FP&A domain.
