Experience : 7+ years (with 3+ years in GCP and DevOps leadership)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on GCP DevOps Lead to drive the design,implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will lead a team of DevOps engineers, ensure cloud best practices, and enable efficient and secure software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps architecture and infrastructure strategy using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments.
• Guide a team of DevOps engineers in daily operations and project execution.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Drive security best practices (IAM, encryption, secrets management, etc.).
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Optimize cost, resource usage, and performance in GCP.
