Position : Online Sales Executive (Dedicated Sales Role)

Location : Mumbai (Candidate must be Mumbai-based)

Department : Online Sales

Reports To : Sales Manager

CTC : ₹3.6 Lakhs per annum + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious and customer-focused Online Sales Executives to join Ultrafresh Modular Solutions, a leading brand in modular kitchens. This is a dedicated sales job , ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving results, handling client interactions, and closing deals. The role requires handling online sales inquiries, providing exceptional service, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge about Ultrafresh’s modular kitchen solutions (features, benefits, and pricing).
  • Assist customers in choosing the right products for their needs.

Sales & Order Management

  • Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and presenting the right solutions.
  • Manage orders from inquiry to closure – including follow-ups, payments, and delivery status.
  • Customer Relationship

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when required.
  • Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on Ultrafresh products, new launches, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain sales records, provide daily updates, and share insights for process improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and client requirements.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
  • 0–3 years of sales experience (inside sales, online sales, or retail sales).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
  • Mumbai-based candidates only.
