Roles and responsiblites

• End-to-end Smartcomms solutions tailored to BFSI use cases such as policy documents, statements, onboarding communications, and regulatory notices.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Integrate Smartcomms with core BFSI systems (e.g., core banking, policy admin systems, CRM, ECM).
• Ensure solutions meet compliance standards including GDPR, PCI-DSS and local financial regulations.
• Optimize document generation workflows for performance, accuracy, and auditability.
• Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demos for stakeholders.
• Provide governance and best practices for Smartcomms usage across the enterprise.
• Support DevOps and CI / CD pipelines for Smartcomms deployments.
