Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert calendar management and scheduling to optimize the CEO's time and commitments
- Assist with special projects, including designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations
- Collect and prepare information for meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Draft and prepare correspondence, communications, and other documentation to the CEO's specifications
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases
- Make detailed travel arrangements, manage itineraries, and handle expense and mileage reports
- Serve as a gatekeeper and gateway to the CEO, balancing accessibility with time management priorities
- Coordinate agendas for senior management team meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up on action items
- Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters relating to staff, stakeholders, and organizational issues
- Respond tactfully and professionally to inquiries from all stakeholders
- Anticipate and proactively manage the CEO's schedule and commitments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements :
