Role Purpose
The Reward Analyst will provide day-to-day operational support across compensation and benefits, delivering accurate data, analysis, and administration. They will play a key role in modelling, scenario analysis, and the governance of UK benefits, as well as supporting the potential future expansion of benefits administration into additional countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality reward data analysis, modelling, and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day administration of UK benefits (pensions, healthcare, life assurance) ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide first-line resolution for reward-related queries, escalating complex cases to the Reward Operations Manager.
- Support cyclical reward activities (TGBS, Annual Compensation Review) and ad-hoc modelling requests.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits.
- Partner with colleagues to build processes that can scale to include benefits administration for Netherlands, UAE, and Australia.
- Maintain accurate reward documentation, processes, and data integrity in Workday.
Skills & Experience
Experience in reward / compensation & benefits administration within a corporate environment.Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability.Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements in the UK (additional countries desirable).Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.Skills Required
