Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in Chennai. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for managing day-to-day legal tasks including legal research, litigation support, contract drafting, and client consultations. They will be actively involved in representing clients in court, preparing legal documents, and working closely with senior lawyers to develop case strategies. The role requires attending court hearings, negotiating settlements, and staying updated on legal developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in property law, family law, corporate law, and civil litigation
• Proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and litigation support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team
• Admitted to practice law in India with relevant certifications
• Experience in High Court litigation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or higher
