About the Role :
Are you someone who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, diving into data, and preventing issues before they arise? As an Engineering Solutions Analyst , you’ll be a key enabler of smooth platform operations and user experience, running diagnostics, debugging intelligently, and bridging gaps between tech and customer teams. You'll work closely with Engineering and Customer Success to keep systems running flawlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, Run and Automate scripts to support data requests and resolve issues
- Use Excel and basic programming knowledge to analyze, automate, and troubleshoot workflows
- Detect and fix platform issues before clients report them
- Debug real-time problems using logs, AI tools, and internal systems
- Collaborate with Engineering on feature testing and release validations
- Assist Customer Success in resolving client-side technical concerns
- Help automate monitoring and alerting processes to ensure platform uptime
What We’re Looking For
Hands on experience in SQL – writing, reading, and optimizing queriesProficiency in Excel – lookups, pivots, and advanced formulasKnowledge of programming or scripting (Python, JS, etc. is a plus)Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and debuggingFamiliarity with AI systems or interest in learning how they work under the hoodAbility to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech teamsA proactive attitude – someone who takes ownership and acts before the alarm ringsWhy Join Us?
