We are seeking a talented and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for various audiences.
This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of instructional design principles and hands-on experience with e-learning tools.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create compelling learning content that meets business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Instructional Design : Apply instructional design methodologies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
- E-learning Development : Create engaging e-learning modules, courses, and other digital learning materials.
- Tool Proficiency : Utilize authoring tools like Articulate 360 to create interactive and visually appealing content.
- Stakeholder Interaction : Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, ensure content accuracy, and validate design solutions.
- Project Management : Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Quality Assurance : Review and revise content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
Technical Skills :
Authoring Tools : Proficiency with e-learning authoring software such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, or iSpring Suite.Learning Management Systems (LMS) : Experience with administering and managing content within an LMS (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).Multimedia Development : Familiarity with multimedia tools for creating and editing graphics, audio, and video (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Audacity).Learning Models : Strong understanding and application of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom's Taxonomy.Project Management : Ability to manage projects from conception to completion, including establishing timelines, managing resources, and tracking progress.Education : A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.Required Experience :
