Learning Management Systems (LMS) : Experience with administering and managing content within an LMS (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard). Multimedia Development : Familiarity with multimedia tools for creating and editing graphics, audio, and video (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Audacity). Learning Models : Strong understanding and application of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom's Taxonomy. Project Management : Ability to manage projects from conception to completion, including establishing timelines, managing resources, and tracking progress. Education : A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in instructional design

- Stakeholder Interaction : Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, ensure content accuracy, and validate design solutions.
- Project Management : Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Quality Assurance : Review and revise content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
