Client looking for Ops Manager
Logistics
- Experience in Marine claims management and processing(Demurrage, Cargo Shipping Industry, Import and Export Documentation, Port operations, Shipping / Marine Insurance)
- Handle a team size of 75 to 100 associates
- Should have managed teams in BPM environment managing clients
- Responsible for end-to-end Service delivery and SLAs
- Attend process level meetings i.E client facing.
- Support Management with insights on the process / domain decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.(Preferred)
- A diploma or certification in Maritime Law or Chartering will be an added advantage
- Experience of 10-12 years including BPM environment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
Strong client / stakeholder management skills
