Must Have's

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach
  • Work with an ownership mindset towards deliverables
  • Empathy to understand the customers concerns and ensure they get timely resolution.
