Job description

We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strategic vision to drive software development initiatives and transition into a CTO role within 3 years . The role involves leading teams to build scalable solutions across broadcast management, OTT, and AI-driven automation, aligning technology with business strategy.

Location : Mumbai

Key Highlights :

Lead a team of 20+ developers, driving innovation and best practices in cloud (AWS / Azure), DevOps, and AI / ML .
Architect scalable media-tech products including OTT and targeted TV advertising solutions.
Ensure compliance with data security (ISO, GDPR, SOC2) and industry standards.
Oversee technology operations, vendor management, and infrastructure optimization.

Key Skills :

15+ years in software development with 8–10 years in leadership (Product / SaaS).

Proficiency in AWS / Azure , AI / ML frameworks , and modern stacks like React, Python, and .NET / Core .

Background in media-tech, OTT, or broadcast environments preferred.

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science;

relevant certifications(AWS, Scrum Master) are a plus.
