About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and organized Point of Contact (POC) to manage coordination between our internal marketing team and external social media and performance marketing agency . The role involves ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets, campaign reports, and performance updates, while maintaining smooth communication and alignment with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the marketing agency.
• Coordinate daily communication to ensure all social media and performance marketing deliverables are on track.
• Review creative and ad copies before approval to ensure brand alignment.
• Track and maintain a deliverables Sheet for campaigns, posts, and ad launches.
• Follow up with agencies on pending tasks, revisions, or performance marketing reports.
• Work closely with internal teams (design, product, eCommerce, sales) to provide the agency with necessary information, briefs, and feedback.
• Assist in campaign planning , content scheduling , and performance marketing reviews .
• Maintain clear documentation of agency communications, campaign results, and approvals.
• Support in generating insights and optimization recommendations from performance reports.
