Qualifications : -

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1 year of experience in international customer support or BPO environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer empathy.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
