AI-ML Engineers / Lead
We are seeking an experienced AI-ML engineer / lead to design and implement intelligent, autonomous, and orchestrated AI systems that leverage LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI architecture with practical experience in building scalable, production-grade multi-agent systems integrated into business workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design & Develop agentic AI ecosystems using LLMs, reasoning frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, DSPy, Agno,CrewAI,Bedrock), and orchestration layers for complex enterprise applications including agent roles, tool usage, memory management, observability, and coordination logic.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise data systems (e.g., AWS Aurora, Snowflake, or vector databases) and APIs for real-time data retrieval, enrichment, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product owners to translate business requirements into autonomous agentic workflows.
- Implement observability and logging frameworks to track agent execution, decisions, and performance metrics.
- Stay current on advancements in autonomous AI systems, LLM orchestration frameworks, and cognitive architecture trends.
Technical Skills :
Expertise with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript for backend orchestration and API development.Familiarity with LLMs and APIs from OpenAI (GPT-4 / 5), Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.) and embedding-based retrieval .Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) , tool-use , and multi-agent communication paradigms.Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data lakes, or workflow automation tools).Knowledge of cloud architecture and DevOps —AWS, Azure, or GCP.Familiarity with data pipelines, observability (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus) , and security standards (RBAC, encryption, token management).Preferred Qualifications :
6+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering or architecture, including at least 2+ years in LLM or agentic AI development .Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or related field.Soft Skills :
