Job description

Percept ICE a div of Percept Ltd is a leading Experiential Marketing and Event Management company, is looking for experienced talent in Client Servicing & Project Management to manage client relationships and oversee the planning and execution of high-impact Corporate events, brand activations and experiential projects. This role requires excellent client communication, project management, strategic planning and event management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Servicing :
  • Act as the main contact for clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction from project inception to completion.
  • Event Management :
  • Oversee pitching, strategy, event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Budget & Reporting :
  • Oversee and manage event budgets with the producton / operations team, track expenses, and deliver post-event reports.
  • Team Collaboration :
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to execute seamless events, and manage on-site teams during events.
  • Marketing & Promotion :
  • Assist in pre-event marketing efforts and create event collateral as needed. Candidates with digital marketing knowledge in the expriential marketing scenario will have an added advantage.
  • Required Skills :
  • 5-10 years of experience in event management or brand activations.
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Preferred Skills :
  • Experience with mid to large-scale events, exhibitions, activations.
