Role Overview :

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Infrastructure & Interior to oversee facility development, maintenance, and interior design across our network of schools, ensuring child-safe, stimulating learning environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute infrastructure projects for new school setups and renovations
• Design and implement age-appropriate, child-centric interior layouts aligned with our educational philosophy
• Manage vendor relationships for civil work, interior design, furniture, and equipment procurement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular facility audits and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with franchisees and school principals on infrastructure needs and improvements
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Source and implement sustainable, eco-friendly design solutions
