Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include process design, development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of process systems.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in system architecture design, deployment, and optimization
• Experience with managing enterprise IT infrastructure and implementing new technologies
• Ability to conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis across hardware, software, and network systems
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365), Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities across cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• The candidate must have 4–12 years of relevant experience in IT systems administration
• We prefer experienced candidates with an IT background in the pharmaceutical industry
• Qualification - B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science / B.E in Computer Science
