Program Operations Director

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Program Operations Director to lead process improvements, track and report on major programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage program cadences, stakeholder communication and risk tracking
• Oversee vendor and contract management to ensure spend visibility and compliance
• Configure and manage workflows, automations and dashboards in Jira
• Support financial tracking, forecasting and capitalization reporting
• Develop OKRs and performance metrics to align programs with business goals
• Partner with Finance, Engineering and Product teams to drive operational excellence
