We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with strong expertise in closing senior and leadership-level positions and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for UAE-based roles. It will be a strong advantage if the candidate has prior experience managing UAE-based hiring and understands the local market dynamics, talent landscape, and employment practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions across departments.
- Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, job requirements, and sourcing strategies.
- Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and GCC-focused channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency evaluations.
- Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers across geographies.
- Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other hiring partners.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and integration of new hires.
Requirements :
5–8 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with exposure to UAE or GCC hiring.Proven success in closing senior and leadership-level positions (e.g., Head, Director, VP-level roles).Strong understanding of UAE employment laws, visa processes, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
