Job description

Job Title : Senior Project Manager / Solutions Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of large-scale enterprise projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Define implementation plans, set baselines, and track milestones using Gantt charts.
  • Collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders to align project goals and outcomes.
  • Oversee resource allocation, identify delivery requirements, and ensure project teams meet expectations.
  • Manage performance through reporting, insights, and optimization of delivery processes.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones effectively to all stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management within software.
  • Strong consultative approach to solution delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience leading software development projects for automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with messaging and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
