SAP Project Manager

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our enterprisewide SAP S4HANA implementation This role is responsible for the successful planning execution and delivery of this critical business transformation initiative You will provide strategic direction and handson management ensuring the project is completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards As a key member of the PMO you will collaborate with executive leadership business stakeholders and technical teams to drive the project forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership Direct and manage the entire project plan from initial planning and blueprinting through realization golive and hypercare support
• Strategic Planning Develop and maintain the integrated project plan scope deliverables timelines resource requirements and budget
• Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated communications effectively engaging with and reporting to executive sponsors business leaders and key stakeholders
• Risk Issue Management Proactively identify project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies and driving resolutions to minimize impact
• Vendor Resource Management Oversee implementation partners and thirdparty vendors ensuring accountability and adherence to SOWs Coordinate and lead a crossfunctional team of internal and external resources
• Financial Oversight Manage the project budget tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met
• PMO Alignment Champion and adhere to the project management methodologies governance standards and tools established by the Project Management Office PMO
• Required Qualifications Experience
• 10 years of progressive project management experience with a focus on largescale ERP implementations
• A minimum of 23 full lifecycle SAP S4HANA implementation or migration projects in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with significant budgets eg 5M and large globally distributed teams
• Experience with FinTech integrations to SAP
• Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies particularly SAP Activate
• PMP Project Management Professional or equivalent certification is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams negotiate with vendors and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with S4HANA implementations in a Specify Industry eg Manufacturing Retail etc environment

Masters degree MBA or MS in a relevant field

Certification in Agile methodologies eg CSM SAFe
