As a Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing web applications. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on React, Python, and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership :

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and architecture
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables

Development & Design :

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using React, Python, and Spring Boot

Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications

Optimize application performance and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise :

Proficiency in front-end development with React.js (state management, hooks, etc.).

Strong back-end development experience with Python and Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.

Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL).

Experience with microservices architecture.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for both front-end and back-end.

Leadership :

10+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

B.E, / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech., MCA
