About the Role

Our client is seeking a Supervisor – Integrations Developer to lead a high-performing integration team responsible for designing, developing, and managing application and B2B integrations across a global IT landscape. This role combines technical leadership with strategic execution, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized integration performance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Integration Developers across multiple projects.
  • Design, develop, and implement A2A and B2B (EDI) integrations using Dell Boomi.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Application Owners to define and deliver integration solutions.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for integration design, development, and deployment.
  • Oversee code reviews, documentation, and production support activities.
  • Continuously optimize and enhance integration performance and reliability.

Desired Profile :

Must-have Technical Skills :

  • Dell Boomi – Advanced hands-on experience in design and development.
  • Integration Patterns – REST / SOAP APIs, ODATA, messaging queues, file-based integrations.
  • Programming / Scripting – Java, JavaScript, or Groovy (for custom Boomi scripting).
  • EDI / B2B Integrations – Strong understanding of EDI standards and transactions.
  • SAP Integrations – Experience with IDocs and SuccessFactors integration.
  • Protocols – AS2, SFTP, HTTP / S, FTP / S, File I / O.
  • Data Formats – XML, JSON, WSDL, XSD.
  • Database & SQL – Good knowledge of relational databases and queries.
  • Agile / Kanban – Experience delivering projects in Agile environments.

    • Good to Have :

    Salesforce Integration | Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) | CI / CD | Git | Docker / Kubernetes

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in the IT space into integrations must be hands-on.
  • 8+ years of experience in integrations with 3+ years on Dell Boomi.
  • 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity managing integration teams.
