What You’ll Do

Lead hiring for Wealth Management & Private Banking roles — across all levels.

Run the full hiring cycle like a pro : sourcing → conversations → assessments → closures.

Build strong talent pipelines through networking, social platforms, market intel, and smart sourcing hacks.

Work closely with business leaders to decode what the team needs — today and next quarter.

Make the hiring journey smooth, fast, and genuinely human for every candidate.

Support employer branding to make Bajaj Broking the place wealth talent wants to be.

Keep hiring dashboards sharp, clean, and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

2–6 years in Talent Acquisition — BFSI + Wealth / Private Banking experience is a big plus.

You understand investment products, advisory roles, HNI / UHNI setups, and what great looks like in wealth teams.

You’re great with people — building trust, aligning stakeholders, and keeping conversations real.

You work fast. You adapt fast. You don’t get overwhelmed — you get organized.
