Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer (Technical) to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in installation, configuration, and maintenance of EPABX systems, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems. This role demands strong technical acumen, field experience, and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and commission EPABX systems (NEC, Matrix, Samsung, etc).
Set up and troubleshoot IP / Analog CCTV cameras and NVR / DVR systems.
Install and maintain biometric and RFID-based access control systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Conduct system diagnostics and resolve hardware / software issues.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for efficient service delivery.
Maintain service logs and documentation of work done.
Provide training to clients / end users as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

4 to 7 years of relevant experience in field installations and technical support.

Strong hands-on experience with :

EPABX systems (NEC, Matrix, Samsung, etc).

CCTV systems (Analog / IP, NVR, DVR).

Biometric / RFID Access Control Systems.

Basic knowledge of networking, cabling (CAT5 / CAT6), and electrical systems.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple service calls.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel for on-site support within assigned regions.

Educational Qualification :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
