Interview Mode : 1 round F2F is Mandatory

Work Mode : Hybrid (3-Days WFO mandatory)

Total experience : 10+ years, including 3+ years as a Product Owner (PO).

Location : Candidate should be based in Bangalore and be available to work from the client location — Manyata Tech Park — when required.

Skills & Experience :

• Excellent communication skills, able to handle difficult client conversations.
• Well versed in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experienced in backlog prioritization techniques and in using JIRA and Confluence for backlog management.
• Able to understand client requirements and convert them into clear user stories for the development team.
• Proactive in resolving blockers for the development team and bridging requirement gaps by coordinating with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Able to demo the team’s completed work to the customer.
• Experience in the manufacturing domain is preferred.
• Any recognized PO certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe PO will be an added advantage.
