Hiring : System Administrator | 3–5 Years | Chennai

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, WebSphere technologies, and networking (Network Switching & LAN Technology).

🔧 Must-Have Skills

3–5 years of experience as a System / Middleware System Administrator
Strong knowledge of WebSphere Application Server & Web Server Administration
Experience with Clustering in WebSphere Application Server & Message Queue
Installation and tuning of WebSphere Application Server / Message Queue Server / Web Server
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting production issues (memory, Java threads, bottlenecks, etc.)
Knowledge of setting up Queue Managers
Strong understanding of Network Switching & LAN Technology

✨ Good-to-Have

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in large, complex project environments

🛠️ Role Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end system administration in large project implementations

Manage and optimize WebSphere and Web Server environments

Handle production troubleshooting and performance tuning

Support LAN network operations and switching infrastructure

Collaborate with development and production support teams

Maintain proper documentation and adhere to IT best practices
